We engaged in magnetic materials industry since 2007 under the name of “MJM Magnetics”. In 2014, with quick development of our business, in order to improve our market competition and provide our clients with better products and services, we decided to set up a new company “Ningbo Xiaosheng Magnetics Co., Ltd”, which merged with MJM to become one much bigger company and was in charge of all business from MJM step by step from that time. Our business scope now enlarged to different magnetic products that always have huge market. And today we are a professional industry and trade company in Neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies.

Xiaosheng Magnetics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer in China, which specializes in developing, manufacturing & selling high quality Neodymium Magnets and magnetic assemblies for customers around the world. We work hard to create value for our clients to increase their market share and profit margins.
We obey strict quality management systems and do inspection more strictly than customer’s order request and we start our respect from raw material purchasing to finished products and every production process will be inspected and there are different persons who will be responsible for the problems.

Our Product
Firstly, we manufacture and sell all kinds of high quality Neodymium(NdFeB) Magnets in China and these are our basic business. Secondly, we also manufacture & develop all kinds of magnetic assemblies including badge magnets, pot magnets, shuttering magnets and magnetic tools etc. and these are our core business. Finally, we also produce & supply ferrite magnets, rubber magnets, Alnico magnets & SmCo magnets by working with strict selected co-factories here and these are our important business.

Every kind of exact magnetic product has different application field and all these magnetic products are invented to replace traditional products and make work and life be more convenient, efficient and funny. for example:
1, Badge magnets: are used in the field of name badges, name tags & badges etc,, which replace metal pin.
2, Shuttering magnets: are used in the field of precast concrete industry & construction industry;
3, Pot magnets: are used in the field of car roof signs, fishing magnets, holding, fixing and fasten objects;
4, Welding magnets: are used in the field of welding tooling and welding products;

Our Service
When we receive the inquiry, usually the dimensions, drawings or samples, the first thing we do is to forward your request to our relative engineers to evaluate it. Could we understand our customer’s request? Could we meet the complete requirement of our clients, such as material, dimensions, grades, coating, tolerances as well as other special requirement? Are there any important requirements that our customers ignored but we should take care of? We will only send out our offer after we get everything clear about our customer’s request. We usually send our best offer the first time in order to show our faith.
When our offer is confirmed by our client and we receive the purchase order, our production department will strictly arrange the production according to the order with the co-operation of your sales person and advise the estimated shipping date ASAP. From raw material purchasing to semi-finished products and then to finished products, in the whole production processes, there are relative Q.C. engineer to manager and production manager is responsible for quality problems.
If we meet the situation that we need to machine the products outside or purchase outside, like ferrite magnets and other permanent magnets and other material that we do not produce ourselves currently, we will arrange specific Q.C. inspector to check the goods in the co-operation factories for 3 times per week in order to find problems earlier and solve problems earlier. Each time the Q.C. engineer will give true inspection report.
When we finished the order, usually for the coated magnets, we must do a series of tests regulated in our domestic company, such as dimensions and tolerances test, surface gauss test, flux meter test, coating thickness test, salt spray test, surface test etc. and ensure all goods will be qualified. We 100% guarantee that we never ship the goods that do not meet your order requirement and we will do replacement for free for the defective products. We enclose test report and curve chart of magnetic property along with each shipment for our customer’s record.
Our company’s principle to solve quality problem is to think about question standing at the position of our customer and to keep long term and stable business relations with our clients as our core work. There is only one standard to decide solving problems, that is to “Let our customer feel satisfied!”.
